B.E. Global takes pride in building strong working relationships with insurance companies and agencies. Our certification and experience working hand in hand with people in the insurance industry allows us to help educate homeowners and business owners in making important decisions when unexpected damages arise. We will inspect your damage and work directly with your insurance company to get life back to normal as quickly as possible.
What can I expect when I first call you?
Our on-call – available 24/7 professional staff member will gather information about you and your current needs and set up a time to inspect your property. If you are calling with an emergency situation, our on-call technician will work with you immediately to advise you on the next action steps to take.
Do you service my location?
B.E. Global service Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee & Mississippi. With locations in Atlanta and Muscles Shoals, Alabama, we are ready to help with any of your property damage.
Do I have to work with the restoration company my insurance agent recommended?
Insurance companies are permitted to recommend preferred restoration vendors; however, they cannot require you to use a specific firm. You can choose to work with B.E. Global, Inc. or any licensed restoration company.
